Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates on merchandising principles, and ensuring efficient processing of merchandise from truck delivery to the sales floor. Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise; coordinates backroom organization and stock rotation; monitors team productivity and provides coaching as needed. Promotes a positive customer experience through effective communication, adherence to labor laws, safety practices, and engagement with customers. Collaborates with management on training needs, supports loyalty and credit programs, and upholds store signage and cleanliness standards while driving shrink reduction efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Team player with ability to train others
- Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations
