Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and keep the store clean and organized. Orchestrate truck deliveries to prioritize processing goods onto the sales floor, ensuring proper tagging, hanging, and coding. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, uphold signage standards, and maintain recovery standards for the backroom area. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety programs, and recycling initiatives while communicating priorities with management. This role supports store shrink reduction goals and promotes credit and loyalty programs. You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $14.75 to $15.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking

- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors

- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
