Retail Merchandise Coordinator - Full Time

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and recycling programs. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, ensure merchandise is properly tagged and secured, and communicate priorities with management and on-duty coordinators. Support shrink reduction goals, uphold labor laws, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Requires one year retail and six months leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
