Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, uphold signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management and provide progress updates while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
