Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate. This role supports TJX Companies' mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across its off-price brands.
