Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This weekend role offers a starting pay of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour at the HomeGoods store in Traverse City, MI. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience lifting heavy objects.
