Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness, accept constructive feedback, and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
