Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
