Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures. Participate in shrink reduction goals, safety awareness initiatives, and store cleanliness maintenance. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
