Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs; supports and embodies a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, assists in merchandising, handles merchandise preparation for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, ensures safety and cleanliness, and adheres to labor laws and procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation are needed; flexible schedule required to support business needs.
