Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, with benefits including an associate discount, EAP, and 401(k) contributions.
