Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and accurately processing purchases and returns. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed and uphold merchandising philosophy through daily sales floor maintenance and recovery tasks. Perform these duties while responding appropriately to changes in direction and unexpected situations.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
