Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Support store recovery, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
