Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, merchandising procedures, and sales floor recovery initiatives. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and safety maintenance. Provide and accept constructive feedback while upholding labor laws, policies, and procedures. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, capable of multi-tasking and lifting heavy objects.
