Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and provide or accept constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Located at a HomeGoods store in St Peters, MO, this role supports the TJX family's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
