Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Maintain merchandising philosophy, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
