Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across its global brands.

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
- Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
