Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, merchandising the sales floor, and participating in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Maintain safety awareness, uphold labor laws, and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs and perform other duties as assigned. This role is part of TJX Companies, the world's leading off-price retailer, where associates collaborate to delight shoppers across seven brands.
