Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked correctly. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking as duties are assigned. Requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a flexible schedule to support business needs.
