Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the vibrant TJX family culture of honesty and integrity across global brands including Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Homegoods.
