Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and support store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking duties as assigned. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
