Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.
