Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction and safety awareness programs. Adhere to all operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while supporting store culture through honesty and respect. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour.
