Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery and shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and uphold merchandising philosophy. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed. Possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Works a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
