Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Support store recovery as needed throughout the day, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs while modeling positive culture through honesty and respect. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour at the Saint Petersburg, FL HomeGoods location.
