Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, executing store procedures, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. May be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs; uphold merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases, processing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting shrink reduction goals, and adhering to labor laws and safety practices. The role may involve lifting heavy objects and adapting to changes in direction or workload while collaborating with peers and supervisors to meet store objectives.
