Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Maintain merchandising philosophy, uphold safety awareness, and accept constructive feedback. Works a flexible schedule in a multi-brand off-price retail environment, with a starting pay range of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour.
