Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and upholding operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to established procedures. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour. Flexible schedule required to support business needs.
