Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty and integrity while accepting constructive feedback and maintaining a safe environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
