Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals. Perform multi-tasking duties across multiple store areas as needed, including lifting heavy objects and responding to unexpected situations. Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety awareness initiatives.
