Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and following established merchandising procedures to prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and organizational cleanliness throughout the day. Accept constructive feedback and uphold labor laws, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
