Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions, ring purchases and returns, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Process merchandise for the sales floor, adhere to merchandising and loss prevention standards, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Support the business by cross-training in multiple areas, promoting credit programs, and ensuring safety compliance. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while lifting heavy objects and responding to unexpected situations.
