Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, operating the sales floor, accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; follow merchandising procedures and loss-prevention standards; participate in store recovery and safety initiatives; contribute to positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Responsibilities include processing merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining organization and cleanliness, and assisting peers and supervisors as needed.
