Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model positive customer experience practices with internal and external customers; support a store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to the customer per procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures for preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink-reduction efforts.
