Job Summary
Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences by engaging with customers, adhering to store standards, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas. Ring customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures, promote credit and loyalty programs, and assist in merchandising and recovery tasks. Contribute to store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Requires flexible scheduling and the ability to lift heavy objects; ability to multitask and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
