Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Demonstrates and models customer service with internal and external customers, supports a positive store culture, and adheres to labor laws and company policies. Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change, promotes credit and loyalty programs, processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery and maintenance, and contributes to shrink reduction goals. Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and teamwork with peers and supervisors are important. Qualifications emphasize flexibility in scheduling and the ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
