Retail Merchandise Associate

Retail Merchandise Associate at TJX-sponsored Marshalls/HOMEGOODS store responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit/loyalty programs, supporting merchandising procedures, and participating in store recovery and safety. The role may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, requires strong customer service, communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.
