Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store; supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring purchases/returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, follow merchandise procedures, and participate in store recovery and safety. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to lift heavy objects; retail experience preferred. Also includes operating procedures for checkout, inventory, floor replenishment, and adherence to labor laws and company standards.
