Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising to company standards, processing merchandise for the sales floor, assisting in store recovery, and supporting in-store safety and loss-prevention goals. The role may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Prior retail/customer service experience is preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule, multi-task, lift heavy objects, and collaborate with peers and supervisors are important.
