Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs; supports merchandising, loss-prevention, and safety standards; processes transactions accurately, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and participates in store recovery and housekeeping to maintain a well-organized sales floor. Requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment and lift heavy objects as needed.
