Retail Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers and supports a positive store culture. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures. Promotes credit and loyalty programs. Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor. Participates in store recovery, safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention efforts. Adheres to labor laws and store policies, and contributes to shrink-reduction efforts. Performs other duties as assigned.
