Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness, uphold merchandising philosophy, and accept constructive feedback while supporting safety awareness and store culture through honesty and respect. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
