Retail-Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting merchandising and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Roles include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, assisting with merchandising procedures, and participating in store recovery and safety practices. Must demonstrate strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask; able to lift heavy objects with/without accommodation; flexible schedule to meet business needs.
