Retail Merchandise Associate

Retail Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store operations. Duties include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, adhering to merchandising and loss-prevention standards, processing merchandise for the sales floor, assisting in store recovery, participating in safety and cleanliness, and supporting cross-training in multiple store areas. Must have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, be able to multi-task, lift heavy objects as needed, and work a flexible schedule. Starting pay range is $15.92–$16.42 per hour at Rockaway, NJ location with comprehensive benefits.
