Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging customers and upholding customer experience principles, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, accurately process purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, follow merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, and support loss-prevention and safety initiatives. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and reliability in a flexible part-time role at a TJX off-price retailer. Located at the Camden, SC Marshalls store with a starting pay range of $12.75-$13.25 per hour.
