Job Summary
Retail Merchandise Associate at TJX Companies stores (Marshalls, TJ Maxx) delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Responsibilities include handling cash and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting merchandising procedures, replenishing stock, participating in store recovery and safety practices, and collaborating with team members to support store needs. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, adaptability to changes, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Cross-training to support multiple areas of the store and adherence to labor laws and store policies are expected. Location: Bryan, TX. This is a part-time position with a starting hourly rate of $13.00–$13.50; benefits are available per company programs.
