Job Summary
Retail Merchandise Associate at TJX family stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, etc.). Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store operations. Will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, ring purchases/returns, promote loyalty programs, assist in merchandising and recovery, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards; flexible schedule, strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to contribute to a positive store culture are expected.
