Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery initiatives throughout the day, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain safety awareness and lift heavy objects as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. This role supports TJX's mission of delighting shoppers with hidden treasures across its off-price brands.
