Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs; uphold operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards; participate in store recovery, safety, and merchandising procedures; contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; provide responsive customer service and collaborate with team members to meet shifting priorities.
