Retail Merchandise Associate (PT)

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in a retail environment by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs; participate in store recovery, merchandising standards, and loss-prevention procedures. Ring customer purchases/returns, count change, promote credit and loyalty programs, assist with merchandise preparation and stocking, and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty and respect. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the flexibility to support business needs with a schedule that may vary. It is a part-time role situated in a Colorado Springs store with potential to work across related TJX stores and departments.
